Have you ever found yourself so hard to close your eyes at night to sleep? Without knowing what exactly is happening, your thougths become very noisy in your head. You cannot make them silent. Your thoughts get you lost.

It seems that you are trapped in your mind. You have the urge to open a new door but you cannot find one. The noise is getting louder and make your head feels like going to burst. At the end, you only stare at your ceiling. You try to calm yourself and try to figure out things to solve first.

You need to find the demon first. The demon might not be a scary creature. It is more like something hiding in your mind. You need to find it, catch it, and throw it out.

The night deepens. You remember your dreams. You remember many things that you have to deal with and solve. Unfortunately, there are so many things unsolved. Your task to untangle each problem may take a longer time than you expect before.

However, you need to keep your pace with time. Time will pass without you ever notice. Everything changes. Things become different every time you blink your eyes. You will get many different perspectives over the same thing.

Just do things one after another. You cannot solve all problems at the same time. Everything takes its own time. Now, it is time for you to sleep.

Your own thoughts might swallow you down. But, don’t be afraid. You can handle it. You are stronger much more than you think you are. Just pull yourself together!
